The install of the OS or any apps will not fail, only the BitLocker part does not get set up (unless you set BDERequired=YES - then the process will stop on BDE failure). Is there a native supported way of having a seperate "sysprep.xml" that can be used when preparing the machine to be sysprep:ed.
